Annual General Meeting
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 8th March .
The doors will be open at 11am and shut along with the bar at 12 .
Only members may attend and will only be admitted with the showing of their membership card .
The nominations board will be put up on Friday the 14th February and all nominations for committee should be proposed and nominated by two separate members .
The committee would welcome new committee members who are prepared to contribute to the running of the club especially with the growth and success that the club is having presently .
The treasurer will present his report and questions invited at the end of the report .
